Liked: Pool and hallways clean
Disliked: Was staying for 5 days. Plane landed 9am.So have been traveling since 3am.Booked as a package. Was unable to get a room till 3:45pm. Then tried to give me a room that I would be staring at mops and ladders and large equipment for 5 days. They gladly remedied this once I asked to be moved. Any reason why coffee can’t stay out all day? Then, I’m on vacation. I’d like to sleep in till 9 or 10.. then breakfast is closed. PityIn all 5 days, our beds were made once. They emptied garbage , new towels, never made bed or vacuumed. Also a shame because I usually tip well. First time I ever didn’t leave a tip.

Disliked: slightly run down - they were remodeling a year ago & I still dont see much improvement. Hall carpet on 3rd floor was missing a section at the end of hall

Liked: The hotel was big and has a nice lobby. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive and not very good. Only 1 elevator was working.
