It was a great location...

Liked: The staff was very nice and understanding as we had a late checkin

We stayed in a warm...

Liked: The room was spacious enough/the beds were super comfortable with extra pillows!!! We ate at the hotel restaurant/bar----EXCELLENT food & atmosphere. The bonus is the fact that we could walk to our event which was across the street---AWESOME!!!!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: It's across the street from the Excel Center. Has a restaurant connected. Clean
Disliked: Small rooms. Did not have ample plug ins by the beds and did not have any USB plug ins.

Liked: Location to the event was perfect!
Disliked: The beds I find in holiday inn properties are very firm, too firm for my liking. To be honest I would have stayed at the Marriot down the road, but my friends really like this hotel. However staff and team are great!
