Liked: Location to the event was perfect!
Disliked: The beds I find in holiday inn properties are very firm, too firm for my liking. To be honest I would have stayed at the Marriot down the road, but my friends really like this hotel. However staff and team are great!

Liked: Joe at Check-in was amazing! He was very helpful after the game when I asked where the stairs were cause only two elevators were working we only needed to go up one floor and it was so many people!!
Disliked: That the stairs were located outside the building…

Disliked: breakfast hours in the restaurant. It was closed by 9:30 a.m.

I would stay there again...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and neat.
Disliked: The tank for the stool in the bathroom took about 10 minutes to refill after use. Not great for more than one person. The sink filled with water when taking a shower. The lamp w/outlet was plugged into the outlet controlled by the switch by the door. If you plugged say your phone into charge and turned the light switch off the outlet went off too.
