Needs major improvements to facility.
Liked: Service was excellent, especially the cleaning ladies.
Disliked: Shower curtain was falling from walls (maintenance had to come). Vanity sink drain was leaking onto the floor every time the water was turned on (maintenance had to come). The ironing board would not stay upright (maintenance had to come). There was an extension cord strung across the room to power the light near the chair.

Great location, the hotel needs...
Liked: The location of the hotel was great, I was there for an event in the convention center and you could hit it with a paper airplane from the hotel. So location was great and the front desk and maintenance staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The hotel was in a frustrating state of repair. One elevator was operational out of three. There were zero ice machines operational on any floors. The wallpaper was sagging off the wall in our room which makes me wonder about mold and water damage. At one point the shower would not turn off, the maintenance came and fixed it but indicative of the condition of the hotel. The dirty carpet, stained furniture, lack of lighting, and patched holes with no paint even covering them all led to an unpleasant experience overall. One morning we came down to water streaming from the roof into the lobby being caught by 50-gallon trash cans.
