Needs major improvements to facility.

Liked: Service was excellent, especially the cleaning ladies.
Disliked: Shower curtain was falling from walls (maintenance had to come). Vanity sink drain was leaking onto the floor every time the water was turned on (maintenance had to come). The ironing board would not stay upright (maintenance had to come). There was an extension cord strung across the room to power the light near the chair.

Wouldn’t recommend but may rebook....

Liked: Staff were very kind.
Disliked: Room did not regulate temperature at all. Very little linens provided. No comforters of any kind. We were freezing!

Liked: The workers were very friendly. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: We didn't like that they had everything on the rod closed off so we couldn't park close to the hotel. We also didn't like that we had to pay for parking down the road.

Great place if you can...

Liked: I loved the area and itself very clean and staff were exceptional!!
Disliked: I didn't like that the room I got was right next to the pool and alot of noise was going on, the rooms are nice and clean but let to much noise from pool n hallway in. Being I had to leave early next morning I didn't get much sleep!!

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that they had only one working elevator and the shower stopped working and no one came to fix it so I had to take a cold shower
