Liked: rented this room for my daughter and grandkids to stay at while taking one of them to the children's hospital. When I booked it and put in the payment information, it specifically asked if I wanted it under somebody else's name that was not on the credit card I used and I selected yes, and then put her name down.Then, when she got there to Check-in late at night after driving 3 hrs, the attendant couldn't speak english very well and refused to use the card that I had input. So she had to use her own card and didn't have much money left over after paying for the room. I WILL NEVER BOOK THAT HOTEL AGAIN AND I WILL NO LONGER USE BOOKING.COM because this is the 2nd time it has messed up my reservations!

Liked: Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to stay at your location.
Disliked: We experienced a power outage in our neighborhood on Friday March 14th at 8:30am. I came to the Holiday Inn Express to get a room; I was told by the front desk that I had to wait until 3pm. First, she didn't even say good morning, she just said "you checking out," in a very rude tone. I told her I was trying check in to get some rest, and after telling me I had to wait she wasn't sympathetic to my situation at all. She was African-American with blonde hair and glasses. I went down the street to the Drury Inn, they spoke to management and supplied me with a room immediately. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
