Disappointing

Liked: I liked that the resturant offers coupons for kids if staying at the hotel
Disliked: the first room we were in we had to call maintenance to fix the door but he wasnt able to so we had to switch rooms. that the slide is only open on weekends. there was throw up on the main entrance stairs for the whole day. the rooms and hotel itself stinks like stale smoke and dirt. when we came back from shopping there was a rat the size of a cat ran over on the pavement and my son stepped in it on the ramp to the hotel. I couldn't wait to leave to be honest.

Liked: Was nice and clean lovely staff
Disliked: The room door exit door was broken felt a little uneasy as I use a walker to get out for fresh air but I was ok once I knew I wasn't to far from main exit been trapped in a fire before not over that yet like to just know a fast easy to get out

Pet friendly but not set...

Liked: Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.
Disliked: I have a special needs pet that I needed to prepare meals for. NO MICROWAVE! There is no exit from the pet friendly rooms to the outside. You were required to go outside through the main lobby and I would have to get dressed and hurry, hoping no one did their business in the hotel. Once outside, you are surrounded by smokers which is pretty disgusting. Bathroom is too small-you have to squat in between the shower and toilet to open and close the door, plus we found an earwig in the room which is a deal breaker for me!

Liked: Location to the airport
Disliked: There was kids & adults in the hall late into the night running & yelling. We had to get some sleep as we had to get up at 1:30 am as we had to be at the airport for 3:00 am to catch a flight home.

Close to the airport made...

Liked: Couldn’t eat breakfast as we left too early. Holiday Inn Express has an early breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Charged the wrong rate but corrected it later. Location of elevator. A discount at Mario’s would be a bonus.
