After reading previous reviews was a little concerned about staying here. Decided to take a chance since I have had previously had good experiences at Quality Inn and it was the closest hotel to where I was going. It is an older hotel, but kept clean. You could see where they had been painting the rooms. Was very pleased with the overall experience. Room was better than I expected - big and plenty of space. Rooms has a table for two and a desk, mini fridge and microwave too. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Easy access to and from Business 85. Staff was very helpful. Had a room at back of hotel. I was next to elevator and close to street and had no issues. If I am ever in Spartanburg again will definitely stay here.
