Liked: Loved the view from the room, out over the Airport. Plenty of parking available. Comfortable room. Very nice soaps and shampoos provided. Tissues, a full box of, rather than just two strategically placed in the opening!!!!Restaurant very pretty and lovely view over the airport. The Christmas Turkey meal was delicious, mainly. Good breakfast spread. The staff on the whole, were lovely and friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies on reception on check=in and check-out.
Disliked: On our first night, eating in the restaurant, service was slow, despite there being three staff, chatting loudly as the maitre d desk. I dislike that you can hear the staff talking about their social lives above the volume of fellow diners!!! The young male staff member, tall, dark hair, was called male guests, "mate", rather than "Sir"! The Turkey dinner was very nice except that two Christmas components, the stuffing and the pigs in blankets, were missing! I didnt realise till we had almost finished our meal, drew a female team members attention to the issue, told her we didnt want them now. She reported it to the kitchen and returned with a small plate of the missing items, luke warm and the sausages were very bready rather than meaty. Very disappointing when the meal otherwise had been very tasty. The exit barrier on the two occasions I exited in my car during our stay, would not accept the ticket. Easily remedied by pressing the assistance button and the reception answered and opened the barrier immediately.

Disliked: staff was rude and didn't issue me a refund when I left, had other people in there who didn't get on with and was up & down banging on my door all night and got into my room and trashed it, reception team did nothing to help so I left after a hour and half.

Lovely stay, I would stay...

Liked: Breakfast was great, very fresh. Staff were organised and attentive. We got everything we asked for quickly. Lovely family environment. Location is good. My 11 year old daughter rated her stay 10/10!
Disliked: Parking a tiny bit pricey at £10
