Liked: Good sized rooms and friendly staff.
Disliked: A lot of road noise can be heard at night. Also they need to invest in more EV charge points also. Perhaps provide an overnight 22kwh service in the package price.Some renovation works going on at the time but didn’t really impact the stay, so not really a negative.

Perfect Stay before heading onto...

Liked: Location was excellent for our needs, near the cruise terminal but also walking distance to the big shopping centre. Love the new renovated rooms, beds very comfortable and room spacious. Love the little free tea/coffee corners in the lobby. Breakfast worth the money.
Disliked: Parking not included 15 GDP, still renovations going on, not that it disturbed our sleep but bit of an eyesore. Shame the pool facilities are no longer there or still being renovated, not sure.

Liked: i personally didn't like it that much. we chose this hotel because of the EV charging on site and on arrival it wasn't working and the hotel does not bear responsibility on the parking or the EV charging we had to walk a few minutes from the EV which didn't work to the hotel. there is a large parking and I expected much more from Holiday Inn. the room was good and renovated and I cannot advise against this hotel but they at least could have made the parking free since they have a very large parking space.
Disliked: the parking and the overall look of the hotel. it felt like we were in an industrial plant. the hotel has a long way to go to becoming a propper hotel. we couldn't push the trolly to the lifts and had to carry heavy suitcases because someone felt it is a good idea to put a narrow door betweent he lobby and the lifts.
