Terrible stay at this hotel...

Liked: I had booked a room with a double bed but when I arrived I was given a room with a single bed. When I requested a room change, I was told by the man and lady at Reception this was not possible. They were very rude to me had a terrible night sleep. When I arrived the bathroom was dirty and their were hairs on the floor. The single bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

A really nice hotel, comfy...

Liked: Decor was more than I expected, the room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable I slept right through Elon Musk ruining the night sky with his rocket
Disliked: Website said bottled water in room but there was none, pillows need replacing or boiling as I have allergies to dust mites and I sneezed most of the night which tells me the pillows have dust mites, I was still comfy thought

Great Hotel Top Staff and...

Liked: The staff made it a special Stay as it was my 40th Birthday and they left a small gift and drinks in my room which was a great gesture thank you.
Disliked: Just a shame a small leak in the passage way which was a let down due to the heavy rain

Exactly what I expected -...

Liked: Great location, really good breakfast with many choices, I didn't try the gym, but it was available.

Liked: Lovely clean room. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Found the air conditioning a little noisy had to turn it off at night

Liked: Food was nice, but expensive. Bar needs a better range of draft beers. Staff were very friendly though, and it is clean. Overall, I would recommend a Di would stay there again, if in the area.
