Good stay but heating system...

Liked: Hotel was clean. Staff were very professional and friemdly. The heating system in the room too noisy and it was cold in the lobby, not sure if the heating wasnt working. Even staff member mentioned it was cold. We had to wear jumpers in the lobby 5 degrees outside so it felt cold inside too. The lobby did not feel warm or cosy as should do.
Disliked: No heating in the lobby. Dissapointing.

A resort of last resort

Liked: Convenient for business meeting
Disliked: Very poor service at the restaurant at all times.

Won't use again

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: We have used this hotel on several occasions but this time, rooms were freezing as was the bar, everyone wearing coats.Restaurant closed very limited menu in bar, we had to go out to eat, no mention of this when booking.
