Breakfast is not free!

Liked: Breakfast was hotel buffet quality but served at a restaurant. Room was nice and clean. The trains are noisy outside and there was a lot of light. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: I was not happy with breakfast. I wasn’t expecting to order at a restaurant & pay. On the website & on multiple booking websites it indicated free breakfast. I have screenshots because I went back to check. It was not free! I wouldn’t have stayed. We Came to town for my brother’s funeral & had to pay for breakfast. When I told them it said free, they said we needed a voucher. My husband went to get a voucher & was told we needed to be a club member. I went back to tell them we were a club member only to find out we have to be at least a Silver Club member. The employee said she was new & had other complaints. Don’t tell us free breakfast and make us pay $40.89 for breakfast! Very frustrating and not an expense I wanted to incur.

Liked: It was quiet so we were able to sleep
Disliked: The pool there was things coming out of it and going on top of the pool and our sofa bed still had cereal crumbs and we had to clean it ourselves

Disliked: The bathroom smelled funky when we entered the room. Heavy on chemical smell

Disliked: The constant sound of the train all night. Made it hard to get a good nights sleep
