Breakfast is not free!

Liked: Breakfast was hotel buffet quality but served at a restaurant. Room was nice and clean. The trains are noisy outside and there was a lot of light. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: I was not happy with breakfast. I wasn’t expecting to order at a restaurant & pay. On the website & on multiple booking websites it indicated free breakfast. I have screenshots because I went back to check. It was not free! I wouldn’t have stayed. We Came to town for my brother’s funeral & had to pay for breakfast. When I told them it said free, they said we needed a voucher. My husband went to get a voucher & was told we needed to be a club member. I went back to tell them we were a club member only to find out we have to be at least a Silver Club member. The employee said she was new & had other complaints. Don’t tell us free breakfast and make us pay $40.89 for breakfast! Very frustrating and not an expense I wanted to incur.
