Convenient location, poor customer service...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Cleanliness of room, dust on bedside tables. No soap left in dispenser, very little toilet roll. Door was open as we entered and window was open. Not a great first impression.Took 40 mins to receive a hand soap from the front desk

Try to charge you more...

Liked: The room was big and comfortable.Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Hidden charges and trying to charge us more for the room than agreed on booking.com. They add extra charges such as breakfast and dogs so it ends up being more than other hotels. The check out is not simple due to them trying to charge extra for the room. They pre authorise your card then increase the room rate and try to charge you more at the end. Try to charge us 200.00 more than agreed. Stressful.Breakfast very busy even at quiet times and things ran out a lot. People cramming round small tables and nobody controlling it.
