Liked: Bed was excellent.
Disliked: Elevator broken and the one that was in service stopped on every floor.

Very responsive to request for coffee basket and additional towels. Also, amenable to moving us, when first room had an air conditioner that sounded like a motor boat! Not a great experience, we won't stay there again.

Liked: Very clean, neat, attractive room; adequate size with comfortable chair and footrest.
Disliked: Lousy part of town; worst view from the hotel window ever; railroad tracks right next to the hotel; had to call to get a second bath towel and a basket for the coffee maker; loud party until midnight.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, from the time I walked through the doors to check in until I walked out after turning in my door keys. Being unfamiliar with the area, I inquired about directions and was told that the hotel provided a shuttle which would take us to the venue. The hotel itself was clean and maintained. Our room was very comfortable, clean and roomy. The room temperature was amiable. The shuttle driver was friendly and very accommodating. After returning from our concert, we were tired and ready to sleep. The bed was welcoming and comfortable. We both slept quite well. The very nice hostess who welcomed us the night before was at the front desk when I checked out. She remembered that we were in town to attend the symphony and asked if we enjoyed ourselves.

Liked: We had a great hotel experience!

Low on towels but quickly brought more. Offered late check out. Overall for the price it wasn't bad at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Rude staff I had a service animal and was treated rudely because of “that dog “ my service animal works nights for me due to going into diabetic coma she’s very important to my well being they need to be educated about a working dog!

Liked: Breakfast was good, main bed was comfy, staff is amazing and friendly and so helpful. The air conditioning in the room is great.
Disliked: Room needs updated. Pull out sofa had to be 30 years old and was only springs. The toilet paper holder wasn’t attached to the wall and would come out when used. Thought I had got the same room I got a few years ago, with a separate bedroom but not the case and was definitely not worth the price paid. Lighting in the room was dim with nothing in the middle of the room.

Liked: Room was relatively quiet, Just the room was closed to train tracks and and noise was there but tolerable
Disliked: train in the mornings and some cobwebs easily seen hanging from the ceiling, parking spots were a bit tight

Liked: the staff was nice,good breakfast and the shuttle ride to the casino didn't have to drive my car, also the room was clean and nice.
