Liked: Bed was excellent.
Disliked: Elevator broken and the one that was in service stopped on every floor.

Very responsive to request for coffee basket and additional towels. Also, amenable to moving us, when first room had an air conditioner that sounded like a motor boat! Not a great experience, we won't stay there again.

Liked: Very clean, neat, attractive room; adequate size with comfortable chair and footrest.
Disliked: Lousy part of town; worst view from the hotel window ever; railroad tracks right next to the hotel; had to call to get a second bath towel and a basket for the coffee maker; loud party until midnight.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, from the time I walked through the doors to check in until I walked out after turning in my door keys. Being unfamiliar with the area, I inquired about directions and was told that the hotel provided a shuttle which would take us to the venue. The hotel itself was clean and maintained. Our room was very comfortable, clean and roomy. The room temperature was amiable. The shuttle driver was friendly and very accommodating. After returning from our concert, we were tired and ready to sleep. The bed was welcoming and comfortable. We both slept quite well. The very nice hostess who welcomed us the night before was at the front desk when I checked out. She remembered that we were in town to attend the symphony and asked if we enjoyed ourselves.

Liked: We had a great hotel experience!

Low on towels but quickly brought more. Offered late check out. Overall for the price it wasn't bad at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Parking lot wasn't great.

Liked: NOthing... Booked my room online, drove 6 hours to Shreveport only for them to tell me that my room was double booked and that there was Nothing they could do about it... All other rooms were booked and the surrounding hotels had no vacancy, which left me and my family to spend the night in the car.
Disliked: The part where my family and I had to sleep in a car.
