Liked: Friendly and very helpful desk staff. The place was welcoming generally. I would stay again.
Disliked: The room did not have a window to the outside. That was a first and kinda strange. The light fixtures were not easy to figure out. As far as I could tell you had to turn on/off the bedside lamps from a wall switch by the door.

Extremely noisy room

Disliked: We needed a calm stay for one night, as we were travelling for over 24 hours the next day. What we got was probably the noisiest hotel room we've ever stayed in. There was weird banging noise coming from the roof (we stayed on 3rd floor), it was like someone was banging on the ceiling with a hammer. We told the reception, but all other rooms were already booked. We mentioned that also during check-out and the receptionist just asked if it was A/C unit - so they know about the issue and they still offer the room. Combined with noise of the highway (the windows were completely useless when it comes to soundproofing) and the noise from the weird fan that could be turned off, it was terrible. We had troubles sleeping even with earplugs. We were not offered any compensation as a gesture. I would never choose the hotel again.
