Mildew in bath. My husband and I did not shower. Charged for nit-picky stuff i.e. newspaper. Parking was $50.

Disliked: Beds were old and lumpy. Sheets thin and worn out.

Displeased with accommodation. Ice machine not working/no drink machine in building. No refrigerator in room. Room too small. No remote for TV. No sign to entrance, almost causing an accident upon arrival. Sewer like odor in the evening. Under renovation but still paying flat rate. I have contacted the main office of Holiday Inn and have not yet received a rebate or my money back.

Disliked: It was extremely loud and noisy outside at night and it woke us up.I specifically called ahead to inquire about free parking at the property and was told that there would be some. When we got there I had Troy le finding parking in the street since it would have cost me $45 for valet parking.Our room key had to be changed 3 times because it kept not working; subsequently we were told that the door reader was defective.

Liked: The location was perfect to walk and explore downtown. A convenience store across the street was a plus.
Disliked: No free parking available. It was $45 a night to park. I thought that to be very high and felt it should be included with the room.

Holiday InnSavnnah -a pleasant well...

Liked: Hotel was located close to attractions and areas we wanted to see. We were able to walk around town and see everything. Front desk attendant was kind enough to lend me an umbrella since is was raining lightly!
Disliked: Breakfast choices were a bit limited.

Disliked: Room was small and bathroom counter small. Room was hot and window unit did not cool Room. There was no where to sit and relax but the bed and a small rolling desk chair. Room was good but for the price of $450 per night with taxes and charges I expected more. No parking so you have to pay an extra $45 per day for parking.
