Lied about heated pool! But...

Liked: The property and room were fine honestly and the staff was nice but my issue is with the advertised heated pool which wasn’t heated to a decent temp. The water was freezing
Disliked: The pool wasn’t heated. It was freezing. Maybe 70 degrees? When it’s supposed to be like 84-ish degrees. I told the staff and I was told “well yesterday someone complained it was too hot so we turned it off” like no one would ever complain about that. And certainly if it’s “too hot” don’t go from 80 something degrees to 70. That makes no sense. The heated pool was the main draw for me for booking that hotel while Visiting a friend and I didn’t even get to enjoy it. Wished I’d booked a different one. In the middle of the winter a heated pool is a huge asset but don’t lie about it

Disliked: The shower was not good. Water sprayed everywhere but where it was supposed to. Other than that it was great. Didn't want to complain k owing it may have been to late to be fixed when it was noticed.

Liked: The restaurant was good - wait staff very nice.
Disliked: The room I had was very worn - shower had mold and carpets were very dirty. I usually leave a nice tip for the housekeeping service but I am not leaving any as the bath and room was not cleaned for my entire stay. Only towels were left. I went out and bought Clorox clean up to spray down the shower mold. They never vaccumed during my 5 day stay and did not change the sheets.
