Liked: The guest in room 306 that was right next to our room kept us up all night. Between the extremely loud TV, his up all night yelling, vomiting and banging we got very little sleep. It was reported to staff at 145 am about his behavior by my going down to the front desk. An attempt was made at 230 by the staff to get an answer from the room by banging on his door but nothing changed, the TV remained loud all night waking my children up multiple times from 3am till 8am. Very very dissatisfied at how the situation was handled. We had gotten here after a 10 hour drive with a 6 hour drive ahead of us today and none of us with any real sleep because of this unruly guest.

Liked: Location and accepted pets
Disliked: Says--pet friendly, but their sign in the lobby states- no pets in public areas. Meanwhile, there are no first floor rooms, our dog has to enter the eleva6and public areas. Also there is no buffet breakfast. You have to pay, and when we went to eat (with in the hrs posted they were open) they were closed, because someone webbed gone early.

Disliked: Checked in - sent us to a room that was not ready. Sent us to another room and then moved us back to the original room. Who's on first?
