Disliked: There were just some maintenance issues in the bathroom that could use some TLC. Example, inside the sink, the caulking was coming up when we ran the water. The best fix would be to sand down the caulking after it dried and then use epoxy for sink to seal and cover up the crack. The shower area also had some exposed holes that could be sealed to prevent future organic growth from accumulating.

Liked: The Staff was awesome and welcoming and yet accommodating.
Disliked: i was in room 207, when you pay the going rate you expect everything to be on point, the sink in the bathroom needs to be replaced, come on its less than 200 to replace the sink that's cracked really? lets get it fixed. it doesn't look good and makes you wonder how many ppl have stayed there and have not said anything when housekeeping is in the room weekly and yet its still liked that. Fix it! Also when we tried to turn on the heater we tried and tried to get it going before we callled the front desk on to discover it had been unplugged from the wall, it worked fine after that. Answer yourself this question, you pay the top rate and you get to the same room and saw what we saw how you feel??
