I had gotten the cheapest rate the hotel offers through ConcertHotels.com and they still gave us a corner room with a great view. Between that and the really nice staff, I had a great experience.

Liked: Good customer service; nice room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: location, nice common areas , good security
Disliked: vent in bathroom didn't work and windows were filthy making view out window obstructed Also, windows should be tinted so one can view outside

Liked: the room is comfortable, clean, heated, with air conditioning-we liked it.
Disliked: unfriendly girl at the reception, free parking +45 dollars, free breakfast +30 dollars, a deposit of 100 dollars, which has not yet been returned.
