I had gotten the cheapest rate the hotel offers through ConcertHotels.com and they still gave us a corner room with a great view. Between that and the really nice staff, I had a great experience.

Liked: Good customer service; nice room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean
Disliked: The 100 dollar security deposit every night supposed to be refunded when I booked with you and I paid I aske your rep if there were any cost when I got there she said no I get there and to my great surprise had to pay 300 more.
