Staff and food great! Cleanliness...

Liked: Staff were very welcoming, receptionist was lovely and entertained my step son in conversation which was great! The beds were comfortable and food was also good, both boys loved it!
Disliked: The door was held open with a pink cleaning cloth when we arrived, which are used to clean the toilets... my younger step son went to pick it up so obviously we jumped to tell him to leave it on the floor and that's where it remained for the rest of the stay. The netting curtains were quite dirty also and need to be laundered. Cleanliness in general around the hotel needs to be improved, lift doors and inside lifts quite dirty. The room, lifts and hotel in general smelled like cigarette smoke which isn't great, especially when you have children with you.

Liked: Very good service from the staff. BIG CREDIT to the Senior Waiter in the breakfast hall/restaurant. He gave excellent service over the three weeks stay! A role model in service and flexibility
Disliked: Some days room not cleaned and trash empty. Shower extremely difficult to adjust, low pressure and either HOT or Cold
