No value for money

Liked: Location is spot on, just 6 miles from stonehenge and lot of restaurants around at walking distance
Disliked: 1) The water was turned off in the morning without even letting us know and when we complained it took them 1/2 hour to turn the water bavk on2) we need to warm the milk for our toddler and the staff was not helpful at all. They just kept sending us from 1 place to another. Also the person end up warming the milk was trying to warm it up in hot water. It took forever.3) i have stayed in much better hotels with far less charges

Liked: Christien was on reception xmas eve, I'd had a stressful day with my mum who has dementia, Christien was absouluntly wonderful and put me at my ease. I had to get mum showered, Christien delivered a stool to sit on in the shower, nothing was too much trouble x Our room was lovely, clean and welcoming. I would definately recommend this hotel x

Disliked: No USB charging points on power sockets in rooms. An abundance of litter in grounds immediately outside the restaurant. Easy to deal with, if management would direct it to be done.
