Look forward to staying again!

Liked: Fantastic location with a short walk to restaurants and shops. Staff couldn’t do more to help and make you feel welcome. Lovely room very comfortable bed with excellent shower.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit was quite noisy. Unable to sleep with it on

Disliked: Well we always stay at this hotel , but on this occasion the heating was not working as it is winter was very cold , at the evening meal it was so cold so could not wait to get under the duvet to try to get warm , at breakfast it was still the same , had to sit with coats on just to enjoy the great breakfast they serve , hope they get the heating sorted soon , would have been nice to have been advise on the heating problem , and a little compensation on the bill for the one night stay

Disliked: The heating was roken, but a heater was provided for the room and an extra one was given when asked for later in the evening, the staff were fantastic.

Liked: Great location and easy to find, hotel and room clean, comfortable and quiet (despite looking onto the A303) Staff very good especially the receptionist at check in.
Disliked: Shower a little "Heath Robinson" with no chair. Food generally overpriced and the breakfast was cold.
