Liked: After receiving a confirmation email just a few days before, I show and my reservation had been cancelled. Staff was very unhelpful with the situation. They brushed me off and told me to contact booking.com directly

Disliked: Review: 1 Star only because 0 isn’t an optionThis was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I showed up with a confirmed reservation in hand, only to be told my room was sold to someone else. No warning. No email. No call. Nothing. Just a deadpan “sorry, we’re full” and a blank stare.They left me stranded, late at night, in an unfamiliar city with nowhere to go. The staff didn’t lift a finger to help or offer any kind of compensation. It was like they couldn’t care less that they completely screwed me over.This place is a total disgrace—unreliable, unprofessional, and downright shady. If you book here, don’t be surprised if they give your room away to the highest bidder and leave you out in the cold. Never again.

Liked: You cancelled our reservations without telling us and overbooked the hotel and I spent my entire day stressed about finding people - including two people whose entire city just burned in the Altadena fires- new places to sleep at the last minute You ruined our event we have been planning for months I likely will pursue legal recourse if we are not reimbursed
Disliked: Everything. Honoring room reservations and not locking people out who booked rooms weeks in advance would be a good place to start

Liked: One of the rooms I booked was a room with two queen beds, and that was not available when we got there which led to a problem. I would like to speak to somebody about this and see if there’s any way to get some kind of refund as the two bedroom was more expensive than the single bedroom I arranged for.
