Liked: This is our second time here and we came back because the staff had been amazing last time. 8 have to say we weren't disappointed. All the staff again were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, so friendly and helpful. Will use this hotel again, in a big part, for that reason. I also felt the dinner bed and breakfast deal was well worth it and the food was spot on. Thanks to all the staff.
Disliked: The only accessible rooms have a double bed in them. I travel with my mum and so we need 2 beds. This is about the only thing that wasn't great but won't stop us staying if it's for a few days.

Liked: Easily accessible, clean, super friendly staff.
Disliked: Only downside was the heating, despite putting it on and setting the temperature it didn't feel like it was getting warm and just blowing cool air. When I walked into the corridor afterwards it felt much warmer than inside the bedroom.
