Staff are really helpful; food lovely also and very clean and tidy rooms; well looked after. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you Runcorn! X

Not good for many reasons...

Liked: Not one thing
Disliked: Dog barking next to my room late at night and early the following morning. Was not told dogs were allowed otherwise I would not have booked. Reception not interested in my comment's complaint so not a good stay and I will not stay again at this hotel chain.

Liked: The reception staff were very professional always asking if we needed anything The Restaurant especially at breakfast was very good the only thing I would have liked was more options for my husband he is gluten free no biscuits cake or a variety of breads seeded or multi seeded would be nice .Non gluten free side they have pastries cakes crumpets various breads etc In the rooms are just biscuits not wheat free you could provide options Overall had a lovely day until next time Barbara & ken Heatley
