The staff were excellent and very helpful. A good hotel for all the family.

Only came for one night for a competition at the EIS. My daughter wanted to stay another night!

Liked: Such comfy beds. Clean. Welcomed at reception.
Disliked: None other than the post code on my sat-nav took us up West Bawtry road.

Liked: Most of our stay was ok but went in the swimming pool and my son injured his foot on loose tiles in the pool which apparently staff know about

Disliked: Felt room needed blackout curtains but next time I will bring an eye mask and maybe my own pillow,bed was comfortable but found pillows a bit hard,but that's personal preference
