Liked: The staff was amazing and extremely helpful.
Disliked: The hallway smelled like sewer, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. There is no complimentary breakfast that less costly hotels do have.

Liked: The staff were all very pleasant. The check in was quick. The room was clean and neat.
Disliked: We paid extra for a handicap accessible room. The handicap open button on the room door was not functioning. The handicap handles to close the curtains were broken and the curtains were hard to close. The handicap lift chair at the hot tub in the pool area was not functioning.
