They got all your needs...

Liked: Proactive staff, great housekeeping, lifelong local ownership who always strives to excel - from fresh new paint job in pool area to even starting an active recycling program.
Disliked: Pool nice, but hard to keep exterior looking pristine in cold windy Wyo, also recycling sucks and doesn't pay, so perhaps employee training and reward program would help.

Disliked: Everything else! And mainly the fact that they continue to try to charge me hundreds of dollars for incidentals for absolutely what reason ?? No clue & way beyond me. I stayed there one night by myself and left early in the morning, didn’t even take a shower. I will never stay with a Holiday Inn or IHG hotel again because of this continued harassment
