Room was excellent. Everything was great.

Disliked: Nothing.

Initially upon arrival, I was told that the king bedroom that I had booked, was over booked and we were going to be given a room with 2 queens. However, when assigned my room, it was in fact a king bedroom. Staff was polite and courteous. The hotel and room was well kept and clean.

We stayed one night for a class reunion that started at Modern Woodmen Park. The location was very convenient and easy to get to. Wish there was a continental breakfast, but I knew there wasn't one when I made reservations.

Liked: Clean; comfortable; great location.
Disliked: When we went to check in, the line was VERY long and they had only one lady working the desk.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty, and there were stains/ holes on some of the bedding. Bugs were floating in the swimming pool. I feel we paid way too much for the quality we received.

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Rooms and pool were dirty. Ice maker didn't work on our floor. No complimentary breakfast.
