Liked: Room a bit out dated. Hot water pressure was very poor. Bed was a bit soft. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was great.
Disliked: The fitness changing rooms were in terrible and very poor standards.

Passable

Disliked: The bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. Too bouncy, too soft. I woke up in pain as a result and sleep deprived as every time my partner rolled over, I was bounced up in the air and woken up. The carpet had stains and holes in it

A very welcoming experience for...

Liked: Excellent stay, pleasant and welcome staff and most importantly the hotel was easy to find! The breakfast was varied and plentiful, the room comfortable and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel is large and the walk from reception to our room was lengthy, required stairs to be descended and ascended with a heavy suitcase. However, this is a very minor niggle and did not substantially distract from the stay.
