My first time there and I would recommend it to everyone. The people that work there are so nice and always ready to help you. I will never forget - I ran into Ted Nugent at the elevator. So awesome - he's a nice man as well! I can't wait to come back!

I didn’t have a pleasant...

Disliked: This hotel had outlets that didn’t work, the rooms air quality was not good, the heater or AC was not working properly, I told staff to check on the room and I believe they did not do anything to fix the air quality and in fact they had offered me to stay at a different room when I first checked in saying that the second floor and third floor always get too hot If this is the case, the only thing they have to offer is the first floor, but I didn’t want to stay in the first floor due to that there’s so many traffic usually and also some other appliances were broken for the prize. I felt like this was very unfair. I’m still waiting to hear back from manager regarding the discount that supposedly they said that we’re going to apply. Also, the toilet was leaking water and it made noise through the night. I had to turn off the water myself which also prevented me from using the bathroom constantly.
