My first time there and I would recommend it to everyone. The people that work there are so nice and always ready to help you. I will never forget - I ran into Ted Nugent at the elevator. So awesome - he's a nice man as well! I can't wait to come back!

Disliked: My room was canceled when I tried to check in. Boiler was broken

Not worth the stay.

Liked: Location is good, food is good.
Disliked: Double charged our stay. Lots of noise at 2:30am for more than an hour. Charged extra for breakfast when we reserved breakfast included.

Liked: Very central, beautiful hotel, friendly staff! They helped us find my son's missing monster truck and saved the day!
Disliked: No child cribs available. We booked with the free breakfast for our family, however what we did not realize is that even when booking a room for 4 people, the free breakfast is only for 2 people, and on Sundays they only have the buffet option for which the free breakfast covers half of the price. This was more of a booking.com issue as the restaurant was not affiliated with the hotel but it was pretty upsetting. Would have been cheaper to book without the breakfast and eaten somewhere nearby.
