Liked: The hotel and the facilities are excellent.
Disliked: Our bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. There was hair and dust on the floor and in the shower/tub that we noted as soon as we arrived. They sent someone up to clean it while we were out of the room, but I ended up cleaning it myself as most of it was still present when we arrived back to the room late that night. Otherwise our stay was top notch.

Property and customer service was...

Liked: The location was 3 minutes from the main family event I attended this week. The parking lot was clean, the elevator, floors throughout the facility was clean. My favorite area was the area where the fire pit and hammocks are outside of the pool. I probably spent the most time sitting there. Early early check in was available.
Disliked: If I had to choose something that I didn’t like it would be the full parking lot having to park all the way by the street but walking is good for us and it really wasn’t an issue.

Restaurant and bars well located....

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Bar and restaurant excellent service. Proximity to beach.
Disliked: Towel service for pool.

Was ok

Liked: Disappointed that they said the WiFi was working, but it never was and they did nothing to fix it. Told them about the loud stuck bathroom door and they didn’t seem to care
