Holiday Inn Resort Waterpark in...

Liked: I had a decent experience at the Holiday Inn Resort Waterpark in Orlando. I enjoyed the easy access to a variety of activities, which the whole family was unable to take advantage of due to business and short stay. The resort also offers a good selection of eateries both on-site and nearby, making dining convenient and enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and the agent who assisted me was very friendly and professional. Although she mentioned she was new, she still provided excellent service. Overall, it was a good stay.
Disliked: While my stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Waterpark in Orlando had some highlights, there were a few issues that affected my experience. Renovations were ongoing during our visit, which led to some disruptions. The elevators were very slow, especially with six floors to navigate, and with two of them out of service, it caused frequent delays, particularly when groups with special needs and disabilities were also staying. Parking became a challenge in the evenings as spaces filled up quickly. The two-bedroom suite was also disappointing—the beds in the open area outside the room were uncomfortable, with thin mattresses that didn’t provide much support. Additionally, I noticed spider webs in the corners near the entrance to the doors, which wasn’t pleasant. Overall, while the location and amenities were nice, these issues did impact our stay.
