Disliked: My elevator didn’t work I had to go around n the one that was operating had a flicking sketchy light flickering and the room do look run down they need update better looks very sad in there

A stay from hell at...

Liked: This resort needs to be shut down. We checked in at 4:45 pm wasn’t notified that the water park was closed for the night . It was not raining or lighting when we checked in . Totally a waste of money & our vacation.
Disliked: The rude & unprofessional management . The lack of concern about guests . The dirty atmosphere & old outdated rooms . There was gnats flying around room upon arrival!
