Fall 2024 family Vacation

Liked: Location is great, love walking down the beach to the boardwalk. Hotel both inside and out is clean and kept clean. 5th floor has amazing views! Breakfast buffet good. I like how the hot items were changed up so its not the same thing every morning. Sharing the amenities between Holiday Inn and the Hilton is awesome as well.
Disliked: Most staff were nice, but some of the staff could be a little more friendly and personable. Pool was freezing cold. We usually stay in the summer, but many days it was 90° outside, so im not sure how it was that cold every day. I realize it's a family hotel, and I have kids myself, but maybe post somewhere to NOT slam doors at all hours of the day and night. It may have been adults slamming doors, but on vacation we want to sleep in, not be scared awake due to slammed doors. Maybe think of Happy Hour for drinks?? Or lower price for the kids? Special cup or something? Kids love to get the virgin drinks/milkshakes, but are disappointed when they cost 15 for 1 drink.

Liked: Breakfast was good and our server Crystal was great. The tiki bar by the pool was very nice as well. Good variety and food and drinks were really good.

Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was not very good.
