Liked: Hotel was nice the rooms were nice and clean.
Disliked: When I booked my booking had indicated that breakfast was included but when I checked in the lady at the front desk said it was not included. I showed her on the app and she still wanted to argue so I had to call booking dot com and have them fix it. when I went back down stairs to let them know I was still told it was not included. I showed the manager this time and she said it was not included and I told her they should have an email from booking.com. She found the email and still said that I didn't have breakfast included that I should have booked directly through them instead she finally gave me a voucher for breakfast. What a pain I normally don't insist but their attitudes made me want to make things how they should have been from the beginning. After that was resolved everything was great.
