Liked: The morning staff was compassionate and understanding also the maintenance guys were very polite and kind.
Disliked: The hotel was very dirty and the furniture was stained and broken. The curtains were torn and stained. It was just very nasty. You had to turn on bathroom sink to get hot water to shower then it took forever for the water to get hot. Our door didn't lock, you could literally just push it open. I didn't feel safe nor comfortable at this hotel at all

Liked: I booked a reservation for two rooms online for two rooms February 16th 2025 because I bought 3 for the Daytona 500 in February but some kind of way they booked my reservation for December 16th 2024 and my credit card ran for the room and didn't even know that the room got taken out of my account until the last minute and no one every call
