Regretted booking here, would go...

Liked: Honestly not a great deal. View of the ocean from the balcony was nice. Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms were tired and not clean. Broken coffee machine, broken lights in the bathroom, noisy air conditioning. Communal areas (lifts, corridors, bar) were grubby, worn, and very much in need of a refurb.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Beach access was incredible, pool was nice, staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t very warm, elevator was kind of scary and the elevator permit was expired. Breakfast not being complimentary was kind of a bummer.

Exceptional

Liked: Ocean view. Large refrigerator and stove. Restaurant and bar onsite.
Disliked: It is warm in elevators.

Relaxing and accommodating

Liked: They had a place for kids to play and a person to play with your kids, amazing pools and right on the beach
Disliked: They don’t allow trailers and you kinda get ripped off if you buy the breakfast with your room.

Good

Liked: The ocean view Clean
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast The bed was hard with a dent in the middle.

Superb

Hotel badly requires a refurb

I would stay again but...

Liked: The people at the restaurant were very accommodating and polite. The location is right on the beach with private access. Friday and Saturday evening there were live musical performances.
Disliked: The bathroom needed a bathtub. There was a shower stall in the corner. The shower door would not close all the way. After our second night, the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool and was still not hot when we left. We had really looked forward to the hot tub as a part of our trip.

Great location!

Liked: That it was on the beach. They offered beach towels, 2 complimentary drinks. The pool was amazing and all the activities offered on the pool deck was great! Great FREE parking.
Disliked: Could use some updates. The shower was really small. The television was hard to work because of the small sensor under it.
