Lacking Maintenance!

Liked: Comfortable bed with nice bathroom
Disliked: Offered an "upgrade " to a room with a balcony for an extra €16.We got an enclosed outside area, which was black with mould and had weeds growing in the gutter! NB. We were refunded the €16.Also, the cupboard door was broken. This was fixed on our 2nd day.Leaking radiator in the corridor One of the lift was not working.

Liked: We had to to a super late Check In, the Guy there was super welcoming, Great expérience , he waited for us late in the night, he gave us some tips on the parking. Super employée of the month!

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Great location, with parking (15 euros per night), staff were friendly, decent breakfast and the restaurant was good quality with fabulous views over the city. Beds super comfy and bathrooms/shower v good. Stayed twice and would stay again. Rooms are spacious with nice decor.

Ideal hotel to stay in...

Liked: Its location - within very easy walking distance of a good choice of restaurants. Very comfortable rooms - we stayed here on two separate nights. Bar on the top floor open until midnight. Underground parking at only 15 euros per night.
Disliked: Not applicable.

Disliked: 1. The hotel takes a deposit even though the bill was paid through booking.com in advance. 100 euro was additionally written off from my card and this amount is not back yet. I would have chosen another hotel, if I had known2. The reception told us about the restaurant at the hotel and its working hours, so we decided to go there for dinner, but it turned out the reservation was required - was not mentioned by the staff. As a result, we were hungry that evening3. Very dusty in the room - a carton board on the little table near the bed was covered with dust(
