A very nice hotel for...

Liked: Excellent location close to the city centre. The hotel also has underground parking. The restaurant on the seventh floor had lovely views across Reims.The rooms were spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Disliked: A junior suite differed in price from a double room only for the terrace outside - unusable during winter - normally junior suites - I have stayed in before , have a living room and a bedrooom - we were 4 sleeping all in a small room instead

Liked: we drove 1000 miles that day and wanted a hotel with a bar and restaurant so we could eat in and relax. I looked online and booked online after i found that you had a good bar and restaurant. When we arrived we discovered that your bar and restaurant was being remodeled and not available. We were totally disgusted as we made such an effort to ensure bar and restaurant online. The hotel receptionist said it says not available on our website, which it did, it also showed it not available on the online portal. But we booking it on Booking. com and I showed the receptionist that there was absolutely no mention or warning that the bar/restaurant was unavailable. It was too late to find another hotel. We felt totally mis led and lied too.
Disliked: The hotel is great, you need to fix notifications and warnings in other sites

Liked: The room was clean and spacious and the staff was so so friendly and helpful. The location is just in the center of Reins city, within walking distance of many restaurants and points of interest.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. The second day, I grabbed two hard boiled eggs and they were both raw.
