Liked: The room is clean and their breakfast was delicious. The staff is really nice and welcome. I would love to come to sleep at their hotel again next time I come in Redding.

Nice facility

Liked: Nice hot water pressure in shower, large and clean room.
Disliked: HVAC fan was really loud.

Would like a refund

Liked: You would have thought for the price $153.00 a night that breakfast would have been included, contrary it was offered for an additional $15.00 per person. With that said we did eat breakfast at there restaurant
Disliked: Front counter service, person at counter was in training, couldn’t direct us to our room, and forgot to program room access key, left us standing in the rain
