Place is a bit tired...

Liked: Nice looking on outside.
Disliked: The wheelchair lift didn’t work. No one seemed to know how to troubleshoot it.Had to go outside and walk around building - thankfully weather was dry.

Disliked: That when I called, they said they had the hot tub going and the pool was heated and then when we got there after we paid, they told us the hot tub was broke and the pool wasn’t heated and if we would’ve known this, we want to stay there? We really wanted to stay somewhere with a hot tub.

Liked: I appreciated the clean and well-depicted rooms at the property. However, the staff’s treatment overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay.
Disliked: I booked three rooms at Holiday Inn for my relatives. The rooms were clean and matched the descriptions, but we had a terrible experience with a rude staff member. She canceled our reservation without my consent and was unhelpful and aggressive when I tried to resolve the issue.
