Disliked: While the room appeared to be newly renovated, the overall experience left much to be desired. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a dated sofa bed, making it unsuitable for a couple seeking a restful night. The shower lacked water pressure, which made using it frustrating.Additionally, the room was cold despite the heater being on, as the heating system relied on hot air from an old AC unit, which was far from effective. To top it off, there were extra charges for basic amenities: a £5 fee for room service and another £5 per night for guest parking, even though the parking lot was outside.Overall, the lack of comfort and the unexpected fees made the stay disappointing and not worth the cost.

Disliked: No electric charging points. Breakfast finished too soon.

Liked: No food available after 9.30pm, disgusting sandwich not even buttered properly.A suspicious man checking all the cars parked in the car park trying to open the doors and looking in the cars presumably looking to steal from them.
Disliked: Food, the room radiator needed maintenance and a safer car park
