Comfortable, friendly, lovely breakfast!

Liked: Good city centre location, very friendly and welcoming staff
Disliked: The lack of parking. I appreciate it’s only a small car park, there is a huge multi story car park over the road but at a cost of £6 over night. Also it isn’t great if you leave something behind in your vehicle and have to walk across the road, through a bus station and up flights of stairs/lifts. Especially if it’s later at night.

Liked: Everything is great! Very clean room, looks like it’s recently refurbished. Breakfast was excellent !
Disliked: Difficult to add IHG points to my IHG account if buying breakfast separately although it has been advertised as saying that it’s possible. The outlook of the hotel may need updating as the interior is definitely way nicer

Liked: It was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly
Disliked: The cooked breakfast was rubbish. The bacon was like shoe leather and the sausage dry and cold. The mushrooms and tomatoes were cold. The fried egg looked akin to a child’s plastic play kitchen. The coffee and orange juice were ok
