Good

Liked: The room was spotlessly clean. The mattress had a thick mattress top which I found too soft. Some people might prefer it. The staff was accommodating. The one thing I would change is that I would include the breakfast. It was not worth $10 per person additional.

Superb

Liked: The staff were exceptional, very courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. I've been to other hotels with names that carry a lot of weight and yet the Holiday inn was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.
Disliked: Honestly there really wasn't anything that I did not like. Perhaps the only thing that I didn't like was the cost of the chips and sodas and whatnot as soon as you walk in next to the check-in desk Little pricey however I can understand and have no complaints really
