Amazing clean n beautiful hotel,...

Liked: Location to our venue, and family. Very pretty surroundings. Close to many shops

Liked: Good location staff was very friendly
Disliked: Was supposed to have a king bed, when we got to the room there were two queen beds , after we changed rooms we were relocated to the basement far away from the ice machine which was located on the main floor on the other side of the hotel. breakfast was just ok

Liked: The staff was accommodating.
Disliked: When I arrived, I was checked into a room without an additional sofa bed, which was what I registered for. The phone in the room did not work so I went to thy front desk. They gave me another room with a king-size bed and queen sofa sleeper. When I arrived in the room there was a cock roach on the TV table. I notified the cleaning staff and went to the front desk for the third time. The staff gave me another room, but to be totally honest, I would have preferred a refund. The third room had broken curtains, which did not close entirely , the back of the bed was not very clean, and the carpet had several pulls. I would not stay here again!!

Liked: The hotel was clean, and the room and the bed were comfortable (king suite). We had our dog with us. We were visiting the nearby town Cold Spring, but I had difficulty finding a place closer to the town that would accept pets. I would recommend this place if you just need a place to spend the night, with not too many frills.
Disliked: The breakfast was not great, but everything else was good.
