Exceptional

Decent stay and convenient location,...

Liked: Staff were wonderful. Even though the hotel was super busy, they were friendly, patient, and really looked after us and the kids. The Beds were super comfy, and the location was very convenient for us (right above Kings X metro). The room was really spacious (we had two double beds). The breakfast buffet was limited, but quite tasty.
Disliked: The decor in the hotel and the room is definitely a bit worn. Floor / carpet has seen some better days. Bathroom, while clean and functional, also a quite old.The room also (to me at least) had that distinct cigarette smell you get in some older hotels where smoking was the norm.Would love to have had a bit more variety in the breakfast buffet, and the coffee ... well, there are plenty of really great cafes in Darlo.The corridor was quite noisy late into the night as drunken folks returned to their rooms. That's to be expected for a hotel in Kings X though :)
