Holiday Inn lovely staff!

Liked: Staff were great, we had a bad experience in another accommodation and had to leave. The staff in holiday inn were so understanding and did their best to make us feel welcome. As our room wasn't ready , we arrived very earlier , they let us use the leisure facilities for showers etc. The room they gave us was an interconnecting room as no family rooms were available ,which was perfect for us at no extra charge.
Disliked: Everything was good.

Perfect stay before a cruise

Liked: We had a stopover before a cruise sailing from Portsmouth so the location & parking at the property was essential, only 20 mins walk to the Spinnaker Tower for a sunset view - lovely stay

Liked: Location was good , breakfast was good , staff friendly
Disliked: radiator was on full in room and on returning room was extremely hot control on wall did not work Unable to sleep due to heat even with window open , reported to reception and response was (oh ok)
