Liked: The hotel was clean, it was quiet and locations great. I was upset that on both the website and booking.com, breakfast was listed as included. However it was not and we paid for breakfast. We travel alot for long busy expensive weekends for cheer competitions. We book hotels based on location, indoor/outdoor pools and breakfast included. The wait staff was amazing at the little restaurant in the hotel, portions were good, and food was good. Just felt very mislead in the advertising.

Liked: The hotel was full of a bunch of loud disrespectful children that were running the halls till after 10 pm and the front desk staff just said she had spoke to them and there was nothing more she could do. I needed this night away and I wasn’t able to relax due to this. I am very un happy and should get a discount off our rooms
Disliked: Your staff could have told the parents to take care of their children or leave my staff shouldn’t have been affected

Disliked: The swimming pool was not clean and she became itchy when my kid get off in the pool.
