Liked: The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. It's a nicely kept hotel.
Disliked: The $ 10-a-night parking fee is ridiculous. There's no reason for it other than the hotel trying to make a buck. I could understand if the hotel was located in a busy area, but it is in a quiet area. The front desk staff can be quite rude sometimes.

Liked: I was really disappointed that the breakfast wasn't included in the cost of the stay. Every Holiday Inn we've stayed at had breakfast included, which is why I booked with them again. Their website says breakfast is included, but you have to click through a few tabs to find out that it's only "included" if you pay $16/per person (kids under 11 are free with purchase of one breakfast). The issue with this is the cost for the nightly stay was already high, but to then add on a cost for the breakfast, when the food is your average hotel breakfast, was crazy. We stayed at a two other hotels for this trip, both were significantly cheaper and offered breakfast for their guests.
Disliked: The breakfast cost and parking was $10/per night! You would think for the cost of the hotel, parking and breakfast would be included. I've never had to pay for parking at a hotel, as I always book hotels with these amenities included. The staff stated that, "of we didn't park there over night, we could be refutfor the nights we didn't park.". However, there was NO public parking anywhere around the hotel and the point of us staying at a hotel is to have somewhere to park our car while we visit.
