I would not stay at this hotel again. To pay that kind of price per night to stay there and then to not have all of the amenities working is very disappointing.

Disliked: The TV did not work in our room. When we called the front desk, they said they would send someone up, but no one showed up.

Hotel was very nice & close to Expo Center where we were competing for the weekend. The ad said there was a complimentary breakfast & glass of wine at the end to the day. We travel with athletes & the breakfast is a factor in where we stay. When we checked in & asked they said its only for club level. I never saw that in the ad. That was disappointing & although it was a very nice hotel, for this purpose we won't be back.

Great place.

Liked: The room was large, with a private bathroom, a wonderful view of the river. Great food at the restaurant.
Disliked: I would have given a higher rating with the service at the bar. My mom and I ordered a ceasar salad to go. We sat on the side of the bar. Lady said 15 minutes when it would be ready.We waited and waited, while this bartender was chating it up with a male customer. After 30 minutes, I got up and stood by the bar. She saw me and looked surprised and said, "Oh shit. You're so quiet and didn't know where you were. Clearly visible on the side if someone was looking. The place had one person at the bar. Took the food and left while the customer and the bartender laughed. Horrible ignorant service.

Liked: We love this hotel! It's our go to when we travel through Portland. It's right off I-5, conveniently located, clean, large room and a DREAMY bed to melt into. Great water pressure for a nice shower. Balcony with a beautiful view of the Columbia River and swimming pool area. Delicious restaurant, friendly staff and nice greeting at the front desk. FREE parking close to your room entrance with parking lot security!! The whole package for a great stay

Disliked: Older property only has 2 elevators and they are hard to locate. Staff was not very helpful but the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was DISPLEASED to learn AT check in the charge a $15 facility fee. That should have been disclosed prior to check in.
