I would not stay at this hotel again. To pay that kind of price per night to stay there and then to not have all of the amenities working is very disappointing.

Liked: Beautiful looking hotel.
Disliked: The TV did not work in our room. When we called the front desk, they said they would send someone up, but no one showed up.

Hotel was very nice & close to Expo Center where we were competing for the weekend. The ad said there was a complimentary breakfast & glass of wine at the end to the day. We travel with athletes & the breakfast is a factor in where we stay. When we checked in & asked they said its only for club level. I never saw that in the ad. That was disappointing & although it was a very nice hotel, for this purpose we won't be back.

Liked: Great stay. Riverfront a favorite. Nice views. Great for morning walks.
Disliked: No Easy Elevator Access.

Liked: I loved the location and the view! The staff and service was absolutely amazing! I plan to be back soon when the weather is clear!
Disliked: Nothing the hotel did! It was raining during my stay so I didn't get to experience the full scenic view like I wanted! It stopped raining on my check out day...go figure

Great place.

Liked: The room was large, with a private bathroom, a wonderful view of the river. Great food at the restaurant.
Disliked: I would have given a higher rating with the service at the bar. My mom and I ordered a ceasar salad to go. We sat on the side of the bar. Lady said 15 minutes when it would be ready.We waited and waited, while this bartender was chating it up with a male customer. After 30 minutes, I got up and stood by the bar. She saw me and looked surprised and said, "Oh shit. You're so quiet and didn't know where you were. Clearly visible on the side if someone was looking. The place had one person at the bar. Took the food and left while the customer and the bartender laughed. Horrible ignorant service.
