Liked: Room was wonderful

Not great and what we...

Liked: There was no breakfast at this location which I was surprised to find out because all the other holiday inn expresses had breakfast. they did have a restaurant attached that we could have used if we wanted to pay for it but it didn't really appeal to us
Disliked: Shortly after we arrived around 8pm my wife took a shower and afterwards turned back the covers on the bed only to find a live bed bug laying in the bed. We have never encountered this before so we looked up what they looked like on our phone and saw that it was a mature bed bug so I put it in a cup and took it to the attendent and asked for another room on another floor which she did and the room was fine although the floor had crumbs of food and a piece of trash so it didn't seemed to have been swept. Also we now had to worry if there was any bugs that got on us or our luggage

Liked: For age of property.Well ran and kept. Beds comfy..quiet and restful nights stay.

Liked: Thaty son could hook up his Xbox to the Internet with a hassle so my boys could play their game

Good location except for steep...

Liked: Didn't have it you had to pay for it and not with Express hotels
Disliked: They need to fix the elevator
