Disliked: We booked 2 rooms and we were charged for 3 rooms at checkout. Francisco was helpful in figuring things out and crediting us back forbthe extra charges. The rooms are outdated and small.

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Service was great. Location was excellent. Heat and A/C were both good. Room service was very good.
Disliked: Needed a night light in the room or bathroom. Not enough storage for clothes. Walk in shower would have been much better than a tub.

Liked: Staff / Sage said I had 2 reservations and I’d have to call booking to get it situated so that I didn’t get charged twice . It was 11pm but I called booking who advised that I did not have 3 reservations . Then a different staff member advised that it was a non issue and that they could easily void the other without talking to booking . They are not on the same page and definitely inconvenienced my trip at midnight . Poor experience
