Great location, Staff friendly Rooms...

Liked: Room was excellent, Duty manager and staff very friendly and helpful on arrival
Disliked: The process to check in no hassle, we in prime location close to a lot of things , like restaurants, shopping all in walking distance from Hotel

Disliked: IHG and Booking.com are making me as a client suffer by not sharing the invoice with my payment details on it. I paid for the nights and both IHG and Booking.com are playing ping pong and letting me suffer.

Liked: Great location and friendly staff
Disliked: No kids menu for room service and pancakes were not available in the afternoon. Surely they aren’t that difficult to cook anytime.
