It was pleasant enough for...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a good effort put forth with the cleaning. The room was spacious and quiet. The room was also well stocked with the basic neccessities.
Disliked: The cleaning agents used had a very strong odor that aggravated our allergies. The furniture seems a bit outdated in the room. The floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and was a tripping hazard. The shower also makes a wet mess all over the bathroom floor which causes a slipping hazard when you exit the shouwer.

Lisa, if that is her...

Liked: Lisa at the front desk was completely unprofessional. Ruined our trip. I’ve stayed here a few times with no issues. She was lazy and complacent. I’ll never stay here. She is a bad apple and is going to bring down this establishment.
Disliked: Lisa was awful. Showed no empathy. I feel she’s racist and if I were a different skin color I would have been treated better.
