Liked: It was a nice friendly hotel. It was great being right by the mini mall, and Bass pro.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

We reserved 2 doubles and...

Liked: The location is really nice. It's near the mall and restaurants. Its set up really well.
Disliked: The bathroom tub was stopped up and flooded the room. Had to call maintenance to unclog the tub. The toilet will was running all night barley would flush. When maintenance came, he pulled out a large blob of something out the tub. No way that tub has been cleaned for all that came out of it.

Liked: Room was very spacious and adjacent to numerous eatery and shopping places.
Disliked: The bathroom was disgusting!!! There was tons of hair in the shower and all over the drain. There were also small black bugs crawling on one of the night stands.

Lied about the heated pool...

Liked: We loved how clean the hotel was, having a restaurant in the lobby was a plus, and the rooms were spacious.
Disliked: We ONLY booked here because of the heated indoor pool which we were told was functional. I even called a couple days before hand to confirm. Yes operational. We got there asked again, was told pool was open, and kids eyes lit up! Got up to the room changed and headed to pool. The heater hasn't been fixed in weeks according to a maid. Its 60 degrees in March... Yet they said let my kids go ahead and swim. It freezing water.
