Liked: Normally I don't do reviews but this hotel was a 10/10. The staff, manager, and everyone was so nice. Rooms clean, food was yummy. Safe! Next best thing to home. I will schedule again.

Disliked: Room was filthy. Stains on the walls. Baseboards falling off the walls. Smelled terrible. Watched a bug crawl across my sheets. Only reason I didn’t leave was because I’d just drove 7hrs straight and it was after midnight.

Disliked: Pool was cold. Our room was not serviced at all the second day and after being fine for 13 hours we returned to the sane pile of wet dirty towels we left on the bathroom floor. Excuse was “no housekeepers on Thanksgiving to clean-other than rooms for guests checking out”. Why? Because staff need a day off too! It’s a hotel, it’s open 365 days a year. Like airlines fly 365 days a year. Don’t charge me an even higher rate with less service
