We received free breakfast for the inconvenience of the A/C unit.

Liked: Hotel agents were very kind and helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The A/C unit in our bedroom made a loud noise, cycling on and off.

Almost perfect

Liked: I love how easy it was to check in. Employees was very nice.
Disliked: The reason why we wanted to stay here was for the indoor heated pool and hot tub. But the hot tub wasn't working and the pool was closed letting no one swim due to them fixing it . And 1 of the 2 dryer wasn't working right.

I would’ve rated the hotel...

Liked: Food was exceptional and rooms were spacious.
Disliked: The pool was cold and jacuzzi didn’t work.

Hotel needs repairs and breakfast...

Liked: Breakfast was free for kids 10 & under and $15 for adults. Options were limited and definitely not worth the money. I liked the location and that it had an indoor pool although the pool area needed repair.
Disliked: The lobby was very nice but the rest of the hotel needed repair. The carpet in the room was frayed, pool area ceiling was gross and hot tub didn't work. Breakfast was free for kids 10 & under and $15 for adults. Options were limited and definitely not worth the money.

Liked: The breakfast was satisfied. Great variety but at the time we when to eat it was not hot
Disliked: The food could have been hot.
