Very dissatisfied

Liked: property was clean from the outside
Disliked: Front desk was very not communicative at check in no greeting just straight to the point rudely. Room beds sheets were dirty as well as the bathroom shower was not cleaned at all i had to clean myself for my stay at this location. Room service did not provide small towels eitther for bathroom needs. Carpets in the room and chairs were very disturbing very dirty full of wer stains

Good and bad wish it...

Liked: Staff was rude and unprofessional at breakfast that they ruined the trip. Which is sad because the staff the day before was great. But I liked the hot shower. Wish both beds were soft. I was on the one that wasn’t so I didn’t sleep very well, sadly
Disliked: I didn’t like that morning staff was rude and humiliated my husband for doing what he saw everyone else doing for breakfast. Which was get food. They all just walked in off the street, sat down ate, and left. Nobody said anything to them at all. He got back and tried the same things and was treated like shit.

Loved it other then that

Liked: Breakfast was cool just a little disappointed there was no bacon on that day but other then that it was great
Disliked: That there was no bacon for breakfast that day

Liked: Family friendly, clean, hospitable friendly staff, from the top to the bottom, we will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Palmdale CA.
